Sex: Male
Height: 6' 3"

Physical Description:  Black American, male, very well built with bulging biceps and triceps.  Has full lips and large canines.  He also has a very thick neck.

Growing up:  Grew up in a land-pirate fleet.  The fleet was known as the Land Sharks, they roamed the midamerican area (excluding Texas) raiding nomad packs.  Children were predominantly kept out of the violence (save for the few used as scouts) and served as technical personnel.  The fleet contained mostly old vehicles (vehicles from the late 1950's up till the mid 1990's), many modified for speed.  As he matured he started driving compact cars (mostly off-road modified VW Bugs) and mopeds.  Being surrounded by old vehicles, he gained a great knowledge and appreciation for them.

Parents and Siblings:  His parents were all the adults of the fleet.  His biological parents were raiding party scouts.  In the fleet, all those in his age band were considered his brothers and sisters, however he did have a younger biological sister, Nakisha and an infant brother Nathanial.  Both of which he saw burn infront of him (he has a 5% chance of having a flashback when he sleeps and 25% chance of flashback in the presence of a "human torch")  He survived the fleet's masacre because he was at a nearby well and was returning with water when the fleet was destroyed in a fiery Armageddon.

Social Standing:  He'd be roughly middle class, if such a thing existed anymore.  He leases a whole aparment building, using it as his base of operations.  The garage underneath the building can hold 8 cars.

Childhood:  Most notable events would have to be the destruction of his pirate fleet, and the later pickup by a nomad pack.  The nomad pack acted as shippers and G.J. used his intimate knowledge of automobile maintenance to keep the pack rolling.  Here he got a moderate education and some more advanced firearm training (mainly rifle-shooting)

Adolescence:  His adolescence was similar to his childhood.  He was again working as part of the pack's technical crew.  He modified and maintained the pack's vehicles.  In the pack he also learned how to maintain firearms and defend himself when unarmed.  Gerome was also educated, just like the other young members of the pack.  When he had reached what the pack considered adulthood (approximately 16) he decided to leave the pack and head west.  This was a difficult decision for him, but he decided he needed to make his own way in the world.  He was so well liked (and considered one of the packs best techs) that the pack gave him a parting gift, his '67 Ford Cobra GT500.  The car was outfitted with a supercharger in addition to its standard police interceptor engine.

Some time after he left the pack, and feeling prejudiced against because of his nomadic heritage, he figured he might as well keep doing what he loves, tech work and driving.  he plans to continue his high-adreniline lifestyle, and continue to use his profits to build his own custom car (from the frame up).  His ideal form of death is to be found dead behind the wheel of a good quality, stylish car.

Life Goals:  Keep Working to build his custom car.
He has no fears or phobias, but has a weakness to protect children.
Turn Ons:  Old Classic cars, chicks in leather (or naked chicks with guns), money
Turn Offs:  Being lied to, ingrates, people who pick on kids
Greatest Qualities:  Kick Ass driver, good weaponsmith, deadly when unarmed or armed with a knife
Greatest Flaws:  Sticks to his word, protecting children.
Hobbies:  Cars, drinking, guns & knife (or other blade) collecting
Personal Secrets:  His murdered pirate fleet and nomadic heritage
Best Friends:  "Highway Man", a man who GJ uses to acquire interstate plates and cars (availability : 20, cost base: 1,500 eb).  Met him through the underground, has a twisted "Bill Paxton" kind of humor.

Dogmeat is a friend only in the most basic sense.  This dog was one of the first friends he made when he joined the pack.  The dog is very old, and these days is more metal than not.  GJ, in his protests to prosthetics, knows he should just let the poor dog go, but he can't let it go for deep personal reasons.

GJ has contacts with numerous minor underworld connections (mainly shoemakers, brokers, and a few low-level mobsters).  Getting a hold of these people can be very difficult, unless it's known that he comes bearing "gifts" (usually large sums of money, or a favor he's cashing in.)  In the most vital of pinches, he can get a hold of these people with a DIFFICULT (20) STREETWISE roll.

Worst Enemies:  "Glass" guy who lost his hand.  Lost it when it turned out that GJ's listed cargo wasn't a drug run like he'd thought (turned out to be a bomb), when he wen to charge his 5,000 eb wrong-cargo fee, there was a fight (Glass shot at GJ) and Glass lost his hand and escaped.  GJ wouldn't be surprised if Glass was still gunning for him, but hasn't heard anything from him, or about him, likely he's got bigger fish to fry.

Nicole Fall, aka Bloodwing, was a booster GJ ran into after one of his runs.  She had heard about him running a shipment or real cocaine into Night City, and wanted him to be her lover in exchange for a cut of the coke.  GJ rejected her and she threw the few gang members she had with her at him.  He quickly dispatched them (killed one and dumped him down the sewer) and walked away (she never joined the fray, and they only attacked him with their built in cyberware, mainly rippers, scratchers, and the like).  He's heard rumors here and there that she's still looking for him, and has a crush on him (torn between loving and hating him).  He is indifferent to her, but as she is only 16 he views her as a child and won't kill her (she doesn't know about his weakness for kids).

GJ is wanted by the police for trafficing and numerous traffic violations.  He's a suspect in a number of grand theft auto cases.  The police have made many attempts to catch him on the road and currently have no idea where he resides.  Some people have tried to cut deals with him (to stop shipping certain things and the like), to such challenges, he will turn it into a game of "STOP ME".  More or less, if they can stop him once, then he will honor the deal.  He is, after all, a man of his word.
