Skin Reaver is
a complete cyber-psycho, as if that weren't blatantly apparent by the fact
he wears human skins as clothing. He doesn't believe strongly in
talking, negotiating, or even stealth, he's much more focussed on wading
into the thick of battle and lighting people up with his twin flame-throwers,
or simply using his appearance to horrify his enemies. Skin Reaver
measures nearly eight feet in height, and weighs well over 300 lbs.
